WHATS INCLUDED IN A SWEEP?

• Visual inspection of the chimney pot and stack
• We use an industrial triple filter vacuum minimise any soot entering the room, We expect to leave your fireplace/appliance cleaner than when I arrived.
• We complete a smoke evacuation test to ensure all fumes/gases are drawn through and out of the chimney correctly. The smoke test also allows us to ensure your wood burning or multi-fuel stove is working correctly. Any issues with rope seals or controls not working efficiently will be noted and options given. 
• Once a full sweep and test is carried out, We will issue an industry recognised certificate for insurance and warranty purposes.
• we are fully insured and trained to complete the job with confidence, giving you peace of mind knowing your appliance is safe to use. 
• We pride ourselves in giving practical and knowledgeable advise so please don’t hesitate to ask as many questions as you like. We often give a quick tutorial on how best to use your appliance, giving you more confidence using your fire.
